I am a licensed Reator, and Texas law requires all real estate licensees to give the following information about brokerage services to prospective buyers, tenants, sellers and landlords. All participants must print this information sheet and either sign or initial that you've read it. Make one copy for yourself and bring another copy with you, for me. This form is NOT a contract or a sign-up of any kind, it is simply a page of information that explains the Brokerage Services in Texas that are available to you IF you want them. View Larger Map	TOUR: Spicewood Estates/Spicewood At Balcones Village and Spicewood At Bullcreek DATE: Call: (512) 422-8545 TIME: or Join Email Notification List START LOCATION: Meet in the parking lot of the Northwest Balcones Park on Talleyran. The parking is at the opposite end of the soccer field. The park address is 10201 Talleyran Drive. Bring your own bike. TOUR LENGTH: Appx. 2.5 Hours, Biking Tour OTHER INFORMATION: There are 15 homes on the tour, some really interesting homes! At least 2 of the homes appear to me to be complete tear-downs inside, the interior is that bad; but they definately have the location factor. Any flippers out there? These homes range in price from $198K to $547K. There are an additional two homes on the tour to see if I haven't worn you out. For these last two, we'll lock the bikes up at the park and walk down the Talleyran hill. (Last two priced $649,900K and $474,500K with option to buy empty lot next to it) I am NOT a professional biker so this bike trip is a nice leisure ride. The route is pretty flat, but there are a couple inclines on Spicewood Parkway and Leafwood Lane that I get OFF the bike and walk. We spend about 5 minutes in each home. You are welcome to follow by car, but your tour guide will be on bike. If you want a printed copy of the homes and map, RSVP before Friday because I only bring printed copies for the people that have RSVP'd (512-422-8545). Bring water. TOUR LENGTH: Appx. 2 Hours, Walking Tour ABOUT THIS TOUR: There are 9 homes on the tour. We will keep a brisk walking pace and spend about 5 minutes in each home. The homes range in sale price from $155K to $179,500K, and there are 2 homes for lease at $1,095.00 to $1,195.00 per month. You are welcome to follow by bike or car, but your tour guide will be on foot. If you want a printed copy of the homes and map, RSVP before Saturday because I only bring printed copies for the people that have RSVP'd (512-422-8545). Bring water. Feel free to drop out of the tour at any time if you get tired.
