phone and email, and if she didn't know the answer right away, would get back to us very quickly. She knew the area we were looking in, and gave us all sorts

We put Chris on a tight and short work schedule, she was able
to provide us with a house we wanted without any issues or sacrifice
due to the short time restraints.

Redmond Oregon where we were co-workers.
I moved to Austin and Chris contacted me almost immediately
to let me know she was out there. I wasn't quite ready to
purchase when I first moved to Austin and she didn't pressure

I was her only client and we looked at houses, I kept her

was a good value in that range. She was very patient and before

Chris is great at figuring it all out. We hit a few snags

and learned about septic systems, roofing, plumbing and anything
that was needed. She was not afraid to check with her associates
if there was something she wasn't sure of. She was a wonderful
advocate for me. Chris was encouraged by the seller's agent
to not disclose so much information and to downplay some of
the problems -- Chris was very honest and forthright and I
truly appreciate her! I am very happy with my house. I used
many of the referrals Chris knew and I was happy with them
-- the inspector and lending company especially. I would definitely
recommend Chris to friends, family, co-workers."

and quick in getting us the house and found basically exactly
